Thanks to everyone who submitted questions to ask the staff for the Getting to Know Us blog. They were all good, although some would get us in hot water if we actually asked them. The three questions we will be using are as follows:

Getting to Know Us
On September 24th, 2011 OUT Lounge & Eatery opened its doors for business in the city of Oshawa. Leading up to the opening we kept in touch by blogging about the renovations and the entire process of learning the ins and outs of the restaurant/nightclub business. Well it’s been five month and what a ride it’s been. We have held over 35 events ranging from:
• Drag Shows
• Rope Bondage Art Installations
• Comedy
• Carole Pope
Things are settling into a groove now, so it’s time to return to blogging. OUT Lounge & Eatery is an interesting place to be part of. Our staff is made up of about 15 members. Some are more casual and some should have cots in the back room based on the amount of time they spend here. We are mostly the original cast with a few exceptions. We have some members who have moved on, but refuse to take their ROE because they still want to be part of it all. We throw a wicked staff party and genuinely care about each other. I think it would be nice to start by introducing everyone. Perhaps you would like to know a bit about the people that make OUT the best gay venue to eat, meet and play in Durham region. Maybe we could ask each staff member the same three questions. You know fun stuff like “If you were stranded on a tropical island and could take only one thing, what would it be?” Send us your question ideas and we will choose three and get started. Let's Get Romantic
So the Dysfunctional Valentiens show is over. All the anti-romance people had a blast, now for the mushy stuff. Unless you have easy access to Church St., it can be hard to find a restaurant that you feel comfortable enough in to have a romantic dinner with your same-sex, trans or cross-dressing sweetie. All are welcome at OUT, even the staight folk. We have a fantastic special menu planned. $85/couple. Check out the Valentines Dinner Menu in the menu section. Email for a reservation or walk-in. Sinful Saturday Drag Show: Dysfunctional Valentines
Tonight is the montly Sinful Saturday Drag Show, dysfunctional valentines edition. Your naughty hostess is alway Savanaugh Davenport and special guest this week at Carlotta Carlisle and Tommi. Make a reservation for dinner and keep the table for the show. Going to be a full house for sure.
